Flat Face Couplings

Series "A" Premier And Premier International

  • In accordance with ISO 16028
  • Seals: Nitrile and Teflon anti-extrusion
  • Nipple: hardened steel reduces brinnelling
  • 12 to 20 balls to increase the male bearing points & decrease the brinelling effect
  • Modular structure for multiple port option
  • Lock system stops unwanted disconnect
  • Exceeds impulse test of ISOA-7241 test

Series FIRG

  • In accordance with ISO 16028
  • Nitrile seal with specially shaped anti extrusion rings in Teflon
  • FIRG designed integrated sealing mechanism greatly reduces premature wear by movement between coupler and nipple parts caused by impulse pressure and by the weight of the flexible pipes when the coupling is in horizontal position

Series APM - Connect Under Pressure

  • Male coupling APM series is the Stucchi solution to the problem of the connection in the presence of high internal residual pressure
  • Connect up to 30 MPa/4350 psi residual pressure
  • Patented double internal security valve system in the male part
  • Zinc plated hardened steel
  • Seals: Nitrile/Teflon standard
  • NPT-SAE standard ports, others per request
  • Connect with ISO 16028 coupler

Series A-HD - Connect Under Pressure

  • Female coupling A-HD series is the Stucchi solution to the problem of the connection in the presence of high internal residual pressure
  • Connect up to 1595 psi residual pressure
  • Visual ID: black ring on coupler face
  • Zinc plated hardened steel
  • Seals: Nitrile/Teflon standard
  • NPT-SAE standard ports, others per request
  • Connect with ISO 16028 coupler

Flat Face Push Pull

  • The Push Pull coupler is built on the “A” Premier platform
  • Allowing breakaway capabilities when the coupler is unintentionally left coupled
  • Mounted in a clamp fixture designed to be fixed-mounted to the stucture
  • Great for mobile applications with the use of the APM series nipple

Flat Face 316 Stainless Steel

  • Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316
  • Standard seals are Viton/Flourocarbon with the option of other materials
  • No air inclusion during connection circuit
  • Flat face can easily be cleaned limiting contamination into system
  • Non-spill design eliminates leaks
  • Minimal pressure drop design

Series FIRG Q

  • Material: high resistance carbon steel treated with QPQ
  • Valve parts in stainless steel
  • Springs in AISI 302 SS
  • Locking balls in AISI 420
  • Seals: Nitrile, EPDM, Viton, etc.
  • In accordance with ISO 16028
